Hello, to you that is reading, WELCOME!!. There is no timeline for define when I had start in holistic healing because the medicine had been always within me.
Since I was a kid I had to start to discover the world with lets say an additional sensors.
In that times I could not understand and sometimes was not pleasant. Nowadays, Im grateful for that sensitivity that allows me to help others.
Life had take me to the path of knowing my self and remember who Im , in more accelerate way and I had been call in my heart to share that tools and knowledge with you. In the intimate dialog of soul to soul.
Im open to share my journey with you , honoring your true and the loving being that you are.
Creating a safe space where you can move more towards ease and let the energy of life flow smooth throw you.
Yoga is not a religion, Yoga is not the fancy asana (pose) is about you connecting with your body , your emotions and using the breathing as a key to dive inside your self. 

Yoga means union .Yoga is a technology  that I put at your service, that will help you to bridge your body , mind and emotions , a path to your self , to your true self.
Yoga will definitely generate a transformation from inside out and healing will start popping out the wounds that you have store , what needs to be heal.
Free your self from stereotypes and come to experience your self , Yoga is for everyone. You are the master of your true and your life.
The source , God , universal consciousness, divine love or whatever label is more valid to you for call it , had provide you with tools for heal your self.
My work as holistic health facilitator is give you guidance and help you to discover that healing tools in your self.

Reiki , I use all the time , is a free service that is merge in all my practices, Im just the pipe and you are the recipient for receive the universal life force, receive.
Shamanism is other part in my tools that blend well with Yoga, because at the end , all collaborate for the same goal "Healing". Please dont confuse the term
"Shaman" , for clarify is the one that can see in the darkness, throw the spiritual dimension.
Shamanism is very ancient with different expressions over all the world but there is a complete science behind.
Is difficult to define your self , because if you label your self with one definition that already limit you in the remaining possibilities, I will say that
